Personally if you're buying a chair online and you haven't done some hands on research, you'll always be taking a chance on not being pleased with your purchase. Chairs are something you truly need to physically try before you buy if you are searching for the ultimate seat, back, and posture comfort. That being said, I didn't have time to physically research so I took a chance. Most all chair reviews have reviewers who hate them. Also note that everyone is different and may have differing opinions when it comes to comfort. I'm 204lbs and 5'9". I find this chair to be slightly above average and pretty comfortable. The padding seems to be a little more than ones that I've owned in the past. It consists of the basic tilt, swivel and height options. I prefer a higher back that supports my head and neck a little more but this has honestly been okay for me so far. Is it my dream chair? No. But I use it 8 to 10 hours a day when teleworking and also when I do any gaming. I'm not sore when I get up. Hope this helps you.

buying a chair online is a risk and theres nothing you can do about it. I have minor back issues and after about 3 months of daily use this chair has not bothered me in the slightest. Its quite comfortable but it doesnt blow my mind- but I dont expect it to at the price point. All in all im very pleased

I ordered this chair to replace one that I had for about 20 years. It came promptly, and I set about to assemble it the same day which I don't usually do. The directions were straight forward, although I did get mixed up with which screws to use at the onset. The wrench that came with the hardware was a little too small, could have been a little larger and the iinset screws were a little difficult to screw at first. Also, the coaster were a bit hard to snap into the legs, I was afraid of damaging them at first. But at the end of it all, the chair was well worth all of that effort. I sat down in it and it was sooo comfortable that I fell asleep. It is a good, sturdy chair, well worth the time and the money spent.

It came in not pre-assembled. You have to put every part together. But the instruction was easy to follow. Looks sturdy and comfortable. Performance is great so far. Worth the money.

The overall experience is very good, very comfortable, lunch break lying down is just right, sitting feeling soft and comfortable, good quality, five stars.

The smell is small, the color is very positive very suitable for the style of my house, leather material, very classy.
