Our standard delivery service is curbside. Please note that this service does not include bringing the items inside or assembly.
We currently provide shipping services throughout the contiguous United States and Canada. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and other U.S. territories are not available at this time.
Once your furniture arrives in the United States, it is transported from the port to our warehouses in California or Georgia, depending on your delivery address.
All made-to-order items go through production, quality checks, and careful packaging before shipment. This process typically takes 7 to 15 business days.
Note: Complex or highly customized orders may take longer.
After the order ships, it takes approximately 35 to 50 business days to arrive at a U.S. port. This includes export clearance, international sea transit, and U.S. customs clearance.
Note: Severe weather, route changes, or customs inspections may cause occasional delays.
Once cleared by customs, your order will be transferred from the port to our U.S. warehouse. This typically takes 3 to 7 business days.
In rare cases, additional time may be required due to customs inspections or port congestion.
After arriving at our warehouse and passing inspection, your order will be delivered via local carriers. Delivery times vary depending on your location and typically take 5 to 10 business days.
The total delivery time ranges from 48 to 75 business days. Due to the nature of large custom furniture, the production and shipping cycle is lengthy.

As most of our products are made-to-order furniture, the process includes production, overseas shipping, customs clearance, and final delivery.

Please note: Shipping fees shown on the website are estimates. Actual costs depend on product size, weight, and delivery distance. Any difference must be covered by the customer.
For large items, delivery is made via Front Door Delivery. White-glove service is available upon request at an additional cost.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery and answer calls from the carrier. Failure to do so may result in additional fees.
If delivery fails, re-delivery fees charged by the carrier will apply. We will confirm the amount with you before rescheduling.
If delivery is not completed on time, storage fees may begin accruing the following day and will be charged to the customer.
In some cases, carriers may perform curbside delivery without confirmation. This may result in loss or damage. We strongly recommend scheduling delivery in advance.
If re-delivery or storage fees are not paid promptly, delivery may be suspended until all outstanding charges are settled.
All prices include customs duties and taxes. No additional charges are required upon delivery.

Tracking updates may be delayed until the shipment reaches the warehouse. If updates are not visible, please contact our customer support team.
